Booking policies
Clear expectations make better court time.
This overview explains the reservation safeguards used by the platform. Venue-specific terms are presented before a reservation is accepted.
Exact deposits, deadlines, cancellation treatment, and special conditions are configurable. Review the terms shown with your quote before accepting them.
01
Reservations
A selected time is not reserved until the server confirms a temporary hold. An unconfirmed hold expires at the displayed deadline.
A reservation is confirmed only when its status explicitly says Confirmed. A reference number by itself does not imply payment or confirmation.
Court allocations cannot overlap. If another customer secures the time first, the original request is preserved where possible and alternative slots may be offered.
02
Payments and deposits
The price review separates court charges, extras, fees, discounts, refundable deposits, the amount due now, and any remaining balance.
Submitting bank-transfer or e-wallet evidence does not mark a reservation paid. An authorized staff member must verify it; the status remains Pending verification until then.
Manual payment methods are GCash, Maya, MariBank, and bank transfer. New PayMongo checkout is not available.
Pay at counter is available only to the booking owner with an active, fully paid membership covering the entire session. Membership dues must first be verified by authorized staff. A member account, free plan, or complimentary grant alone does not qualify.
Selecting pay at counter confirms an eligible booking but does not mark it paid. Its balance remains due until staff records the actual collection.
03
Rescheduling and cancellation
Venue cancellation deadlines, refund treatment, and rescheduling limits apply under the recorded terms version. Ask the venue for the matching policy text when reviewing an older reservation.
A requested reschedule is complete only after the new court and time pass availability checks. If the change fails, the original reservation remains intact.
An unpaid counter booking must stay within its active paid membership period when rescheduled.
Refunds and credits require approval under the venue policy and remain visible in the transaction history.
04
Arrival and court use
Bring the secure check-in code or enough information for authorized staff to locate the reservation. Duplicate check-ins are prevented.
Extensions depend on court availability and an updated price check. Please finish within the confirmed session when no extension is approved.
Equipment issue, return, condition, and any authorized damage or loss charge are recorded separately.
05
Maintenance and weather closures
A court may become unavailable for maintenance, a private event, or a weather-related closure. The venue will apply its published cancellation, refund, credit, or rescheduling policy to affected reservations.
Quick answers
Common questions
Does choosing a time hold it?
No. The site explicitly confirms when a temporary server-side hold begins and displays its expiry time.
Does uploading payment proof confirm payment?
No. The payment remains pending until an authorized staff member verifies or rejects the submission.
Can staff override a court conflict?
No. Court conflicts remain prohibited for every role, including administrators.
Where can I find the terms I accepted?
Your booking retains its itemized accepted price and recorded terms version. Ask the venue for the policy text associated with that version.
